We’re located in Lajpat Nagar Part-1, right near Krishna Market at B 215 on the ground floor. If you’ve ever been to Lajpat, you know how packed it gets. We’ve been here for a good while, dealing with computer peripherals and electronics. The shop is small but we cram a lot of stuff in there. You’ll see boxes of keyboards, mice, cables, and monitors stacked up high. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right part for their setup. Sometimes people come in with a broken cable and we just find them a replacement. We aren’t a big electronics chain. It’s just a local shop where we know our customers by name. The ground floor location is handy because people can just pop in while they’re doing their other shopping in the market. Lajpat Nagar is a hub for this kind of thing, so we have to stay on our toes. We don’t do big fancy sales or TV ads. We just sell what people need at a price that makes sense. Sometimes the internet goes down or a shipment is delayed, and we have to explain that to customers. It’s just part of running a small retail business. We like being in this part of town despite the parking headaches. It’s where the action is and it keeps us busy from morning till night every day.
