Dlf Laing O'Rourke

Aya Nagar is always busy. We are Dlf Laing O'Rourke and we have this spot on the first floor of D-277/10 in Phase-4. It's not a fancy place, just where we handle the paperwork and get things moving for the projects. Most days you’ll find a few of us here making calls or sorting out schedules while the tea guy comes around. The traffic in this part of Delhi can be a real headache, especially near the main road, but we've been here a while now and got used to it. The office itself is pretty simple. We don’t have big signs or anything like that. People usually find us by the house number. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we have stuff to carry up, but it works for what we need. It gets hot in the afternoons during the summer, so the fans are always going full blast. We mostly just focus on getting the work done and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be the next morning. It’s not about having a polished image for us. We just need a reliable place to sit down and figure out the logistics. If you’re coming from the metro station, it’s a bit of a walk, but most people take a rickshaw. We’ve had a lot of local guys stop by over the years. It’s a decent enough spot for the business and we keep things running as best as we can.
