Dlf - Laing 'O' Rourke (India) Ltd

We are based over in Sultanpur, right on M.G. Road in New Delhi. It is a busy stretch of road, always something going on outside. The building is at A 1, and it’s pretty easy to spot once you get into the area. It’s a mix of an office and a place where we keep our equipment and files. Being in Delhi 110030 means we are in the middle of a lot of action. The metro isn't too far away, which helps some of the staff get in. We aren't big on flashy decor. Inside, it's mostly just functional desks and shelves. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It can get a bit hectic during the middle of the week when deliveries are coming in and out. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we make do. It’s a solid place to work. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai wallahs and the small shops nearby. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a working office for the team. We focus on the daily grind. The traffic on M.G. road is probably the biggest topic of conversation during lunch. It's just a regular office life for us here in Sultanpur. We have a lot of old files stacked up in the corner because we haven't had time to move them to the back room yet. It's just how a busy office looks.
