We are right on the Kalkaji Main Road, at E 2. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops, pedestrians, and traffic. Our travel office is a small place where we handle bookings and car rentals for people. There is always a car or two parked outside or coming back from a long trip somewhere. The office inside is pretty basic and functional. We have a couple of desks and some plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork. We do not do much in the way of fancy decor or lighting. It is mostly about getting the schedules right and making sure the drivers know exactly where they are going. Kalkaji is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of noise from the horns and the people walking by the front door. We have been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. Most of our customers are locals from the colony or the nearby apartment blocks. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just talk to people when they walk in. Sometimes things get delayed because of the heavy Delhi traffic, which is just part of the reality here. Sometimes we have to deal with paperwork that takes forever, or the internet goes slow right when we need to book a ticket. That is just how it goes for us.
