Desein-Indure Group Of Companies is based right here in New Delhi. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. Basically, we are a group of people who handle engineering and power projects. Being in the capital means we are always in the middle of everything. Our office is a busy place where phones are always ringing and people are constantly coming and going for meetings. We do not have a lot of time for polished presentations or marketing talk. Most of our day is spent looking at technical data and making sure our various projects are actually moving. We have a lot of different departments under the group, so it can get a bit confusing for someone on the outside, but we have a system that works for us. The office itself is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of old reports in the corners and the desks are covered in notes. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. We are just a local bunch of professionals trying to keep up with the demands of the industry. New Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes with the heat and the traffic, but we have been doing it for long enough that it is just normal to us. We do not make big promises, we just try to do a decent job every day and then head home to our families.
