Our place is located in Okhla Indl. Area-Ii, specifically at E-42/6. If you've ever been to Okhla, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories, and we fit right in. Convergence Power Systems Pvt Ltd is what you'd call a hands-on business. We spend our days dealing with power systems, batteries, and all that technical stuff that goes behind the scenes in big buildings. The building is an older industrial unit, and it gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we have our old fans going all day. We have a small group of guys who know their way around a circuit board. Most of the time, the floor is covered with parts or shipping boxes waiting to go out to a client. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we'd rather have the right tools in the shop. It’s a bit dusty because of all the trucks moving around outside, but that’s just how it is in Phase II. We take our lunches together and talk about the jobs we’ve got lined up for the next week. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s a real workshop. When people call us, they're usually looking for a specific part or a fix for their power setup. We try to be helpful and give them a straight answer without any of that corporate talk. Working in Okhla means you learn to move fast and not worry about the small stuff.
