We are located on the 4th floor, specifically Room No 09 at F 69 in Katwaria Sarai. It’s over by Hauz Khas in New Delhi. We are care of Bharat Singh Pahalwan's place. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a walk up every morning, but it keeps us away from some of the street noise below. Our company is Consulting Engineering Services India Pvt Ltd. We focus on the engineering side of things, mostly consulting on different technical projects that come our way. It isn’t a massive, shiny office. It’s more of a functional space where we can spread out our papers and get to work without much fuss. Katwaria Sarai is a busy little pocket of Delhi, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just know our engineering. If someone needs a technical problem looked at, they find their way to Room 09. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times everyone is talking at once trying to figure out a difficult calculation. We like it that way. It feels real. We deal with the everyday realities of engineering and construction. We don't use much corporate jargon here. We prefer to speak plainly about what can and cannot be done. It's a simple setup. We come in, we do the engineering work, and we go home. That's how it is for us at F 69 for quite a while now.
