Colorful Vacation

Colorful Vacation is based out of D-76 in Malviya Nagar. It is a small office where we handle all sorts of travel arrangements for people. The walls have a few old posters of different places and there are two or three desks with computers that are always on. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to hotels or trying to find flights that aren't too expensive. Malviya Nagar is a nice area but parking near the office can be a bit of a nightmare during the day. Inside, it is usually quiet unless the phones start ringing all at once. We have a small sofa where people sit when they come in to talk about their holiday plans. We mostly deal with regular families from the neighborhood who want to go somewhere for a week or two. It is not a corporate setup at all, just a local spot where we know a lot of the people who walk through the door. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait for pages to load while the customers are waiting, which can be a bit annoying. We keep a diary of all the bookings on the desk because it is easier than checking the computer every single time. It is a simple way of working but it has been going fine for us here.
