Cell Communication is found in Lajpat Nagar II at A 20. Lajpat Nagar is always packed with shoppers and cars. Our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. We handle mobile phones and related services. It's a small place, but we have been here a long time. The shelves are filled with boxes of different phone models and accessories. Sometimes it gets really busy and people have to wait. We don't have a fancy waiting area. People just stand near the counter. We talk to customers about their phone problems. Usually, it is a cracked screen or a battery that won't charge. We do what we can. The noise from the market comes right inside. You can hear the vendors outside all day. It's a lively place to work. We have a small table in the back where we do the actual repair work. It's got all the tiny screwdrivers and tools. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for the delivery. That's just how it is. We aren't a big chain. It's just a local shop in Lajpat Nagar. We see the same faces every week. People trust us because we have been at A 20 for so long. We close on certain days depending on the market rules. It is a simple life running a phone shop here. We just take it one day at a time. We keep the shop clean and open it every morning.
