We are based over at Plot No-J-2, right across from the 28 A DDA Flats and near the Kalkaji Tara Apartments. It’s a decent area, and we have been here for a while now. Bks Engineering Contract Pvt. Ltd. is the name on the door, but inside it’s just us working on various engineering contracts and site plans. It’s a busy office most days, with people coming in and out from different sites. We aren't the type to have a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. It’s a working office, so expect to see some dust on the boots and plenty of blueprints spread out over the tables. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the contracts are in order. It's practical work. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. If a job needs doing, we figure out the engineering part and get to it. Being near the DDA flats means there’s always people around, which is nice. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all known each other a long time. It’s not a corporate vibe at all; it’s more like a group of people who know how to build things just getting on with their day. We just stay focused on the tasks and try to keep our paperwork organized amidst all the daily activity.
