We are Bks Engg. Contracts Pvt. Ltd., and we work out of the ground floor at J-2/28A in the Dda Flats in Kalkaji. This is in New Delhi-19. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us, though the address can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the Dda layout. The office itself is quite plain. We have our drafting tables, some filing cabinets, and the usual computers. It’s a place meant for engineering and contract work, so it looks like a workshop in some ways. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk right in and we talk across the desks. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We’ve been in Kalkaji for a good while and have handled a lot of different contracts from this very spot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with our actual work to worry about that right now. We prefer focusing on the details of the engineering side rather than the appearance of the office. It’s just how we operate. We’re a local team, we know the area, and we just keep plugging away at our projects day after day without any fuss or fancy talk.
