You can find us at III/18, Jal Vihar, right in the heart of Lajpat Nagar. Bilfinger Berger India has been operating out of this New Delhi spot for a while now. It’s a lively neighborhood, and there is always something happening outside our doors. Inside, it's mostly just people focused on their computer screens or talking over plans. We do a lot of technical work, so things can get a bit serious sometimes. But we still take time for a break and a quick chat. The office isn't huge, but it's enough space for the team we have. We’ve had to reorganize the desks a few times to fit everyone. Being in Lajpat Nagar is handy because everything is close by. If we need something for the office, we just walk down the street. We don't have those big, polished reception areas you see in movies. It’s more of a functional space. We handle our projects step by step. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward. It’s a decent place to work, and the people here are good at what they do. We don’t really go for the big marketing talk; we just do our work and keep things simple for everyone.
