Down here at T-23 in Okhla Phase-II, things are usually pretty noisy. Besto Automation is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of machines from next door. We work on automation stuff, mostly just putting things together and making sure the parts fit right. The floor gets a bit greasy sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with hardware and electronics. We have a small team. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are newer. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most days it’s just work clothes and a lot of coffee to keep going. Okhla is a busy place, and it can be a headache getting in and out with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. The office part is small, mostly just a few desks covered in papers and spare parts. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If someone needs a part, we find it. It’s simple, really. Not every day is easy, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just figure it out and move on. That’s the life here at the workshop. We just try to get through the work without too much trouble.
