You can find us at E-18, B-1 Extension, in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate. It’s right off Mathura Road, so the traffic is something we deal with every single day. The building is one of those solid, older blocks that has seen a lot of use. Inside, it’s all about engineering. We have some heavy equipment and a lot of work benches where things get put together or fixed. It isn't a silent workplace; there’s always something being hammered or the sound of a drill going. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job. Most of us have been in this line for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift. We have a tea break at four, and that’s when we usually catch up on whatever else is happening in the estate. We don't have a shiny showroom or anything like that. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come into the workshop and we show them the parts we are working on. It’s a bit messy and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the machines work well and that is what matters to us. We just stay busy with the orders that come in from the bigger firms nearby and try to keep everything running smooth.
