Avaya Global Connect

We are located in Ghitorni, right on MG Road in Delhi. Our spot is a bit unusual because we’re C/O Baldev Singh, near the Valmiki Chaupal and close to the SSB. It’s a busy area and the metro is always zooming by overhead. We’ve been here for a good bit now, handling the connection and communication side of things. It’s a lot of cables, phones, and technical gear sitting around on shelves. The office is a bit of a mix-up of different parts, not like those shiny tech offices you see in Gurgaon. We’re more of a feet-on-the-ground type of crew. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the different projects we have going on at once. Being near the Chaupal means there’s always something happening outside, and the noise from MG Road never really stops. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and find whoever isn't on a phone call. It’s hard work and the hours can be long when a system goes down or someone needs help in a hurry. We just try to keep things running for everyone who relies on us. It’s a bit crowded with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. It’s a honest job in a loud, busy part of Delhi, and we’re fine with that. No one here is trying to be fancy; we just get the job done.
