You can find our clinic in the basement at L-60 B in Malviya Nagar. Being in the basement means we are a bit hidden from the main street noise, and it stays quite cool down here even when the Delhi sun is really beating down outside. We have been operating from this location for quite some time. It is a homoeopathy clinic, so we deal with a lot of those small remedies and spend time chatting with our patients about their long-term health. The room is pretty basic, just the essentials like a desk, some chairs, and our cabinets full of medicine bottles. We don’t have a big team of secretaries or assistants; it is usually just us. Malviya Nagar is a busy area, but our little basement spot feels like a different world once you walk down the stairs. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to see us for years. They know the way down and don't mind that the place isn't decorated with expensive furniture or modern art. It is just a practical space where we can focus on the people who need help. We keep our hours fairly regular, though sometimes we might open a bit late if things at home are slow. We don't use any fancy marketing language or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a local clinic doing its thing in the neighborhood every day.
