Arogya Sadan

Arogya Sadan is located right in Chattarpur Village, which is always a bit chaotic with all the traffic. We are at 10/8A, and if you look across the road, you’ll see Tivoli Garden which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our clinic is a simple space. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some posters on the wall about basic health stuff. The floor is that old-fashioned stone that stays relatively cool in the Delhi heat. Most of our patients are people who live right here in the village or work in the nearby shops. They come in with their everyday problems like fevers or body aches. I’ve noticed that people around here prefer coming to a place where the staff knows their names and remembers their families. We don't have a receptionist who acts like a robot; we just talk to people normally. Sometimes the wait is a bit long because we get caught up talking to a patient, but that’s just how it goes in a small clinic. The noise from the main road can be a bit much sometimes, especially with the horns honking near Tivoli, but you get used to it after a while. We keep the medicine cabinets stocked and try to keep the place as tidy as possible. It’s a practical setup for a practical neighborhood. No one expects anything flashy, they just want to feel better and go home to their lives.
