We’re located at A-82 in Phase 2 of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you are familiar with Okhla, you know it’s a place full of warehouses, factories, and small offices all bunched up together. Arihant Elsys is right in the thick of all that action. The building itself is very old-school industrial. It’s sturdy and practical, which really suits the kind of work we do every day. We work on electronic systems, so there’s always a soldering iron heating up somewhere or a circuit board being tested on a bench. The floors are just plain concrete and the lighting is standard office tubes. It’s definitely not the kind of place you’d see in a glossy magazine. We don’t even have a marketing department to speak of. Usually, it's the owner or one of the senior technicians who answers the phone when it rings. We’ve been in this same spot for years and we have seen the whole area change quite a bit around us. It’s often dusty and noisy outside with all the heavy trucks moving, but we’ve got our own steady rhythm going on inside. We keep a big stock of components in the back room and have a few cluttered workbenches in the front. There’s a small pantry in the corner where we make our tea. We don't really do any fancy branding. We just make sure that the systems we build work properly.
