Our place is over in Abul Fazal Enclave, which is part of the Shaheen Bagh area in Jamia Nagar. We are based in Block F, specifically at Flat Number 15 in building F-143/1. It’s a residential-feeling area but there are plenty of small offices around here like ours. We work on medical tourism, which basically means we assist people who are coming to Delhi specifically for hospital treatments. It’s a lot of talking to people on the phone and sending out emails to coordinate everything. The flat is small but it works for what we do. We have a few desks set up and it’s usually quiet enough to get things done, though Shaheen Bagh can be very energetic outside. If you’re coming to see us, just look for Block F and follow the numbers, it’s usually easier than trying to use a map in these streets. We spend a lot of time helping families figure out where to stay and how to get to their appointments at the nearby hospitals in South Delhi. It’s practical work, really. We don’t have fancy signs or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we handle the logistics of medical travel. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just part of living and working in this part of Delhi. We just keep at it and make sure the patients are taken care of as they navigate their health journey.
