You can find us in Saurav Vihar, which is located near the Amar Market in the Jaitpur and Badarpur area of New Delhi. Being so close to the market means there is always something going on nearby. Our hatchery has been here for a long time. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a practical place where we look after the birds and handle the daily chores. The building is simple and we spend most of our time outside or in the sheds rather than sitting in an office. It’s a lot of hard, physical work and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing plans. We just wake up early, do what needs to be done, and make sure the animals are taken care of. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses, so we have plenty of neighbors who stop by for a chat. Our office is just a small room with a desk and a few chairs for when we need to do the accounts. It’s often a bit dusty and there are always feathers floating around. We don't mind the mess because it's part of the job. We've been a part of this community for years and we know most of the people who buy from us. It’s a very local, family-oriented way of running things and we don't see any reason to change how we work.
