We are located at F 8 in Sheikh Sarai Phase I. We’re part of the Triveni Community Center, which is a busy little hub. You can usually hear the kids over at APJ School during their break times. Our office isn't very large, but it’s full of maps and old travel posters. We spend most of our time on the computer looking at flights and hotel bookings. The phones ring a lot, and we try to keep up with all the different time zones. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. The community center has its own rhythm, with people coming for various errands all day. We have some chairs for people to sit while we print out their itineraries. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, which is frustrating. We keep a small kettle for tea because the winters in Delhi get quite chilly. The neighborhood is familiar to us, and we see the same faces walking by every morning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure people get where they need to go without any trouble. We check the passport details and the visa requirements over and over. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. Some days are hectic with last-minute changes, but we just handle them one at a time.
