You can find us over at J-3-B in Lajpat Nagar-III. This is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office is packed with fire security systems, control panels, and various gadgets that we use for installations. It’s not the most spacious place, especially when we have new equipment coming in, but it’s where we do all our planning and testing. Lajpat Nagar-III is a great location because it’s easy for our technicians to head out to different parts of the city from here. We have a small team, and usually, someone is always on the phone answering questions or scheduling a service visit. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with old posters on the walls and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We have a workbench in the back where we tinker with parts and make sure everything is working before it goes out to a customer. The parking around here can be a real headache, so we usually tell people to come by metro or just be prepared to circle the block a few times. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the hardware and making sure we have enough stock on hand. Every day is a bit different depending on which systems need attention. We keep a toolkit right by the entrance so we can grab it quickly for emergencies.
