Our office is tucked away in the Empire Jute Mill area over in North 24 Parganas. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, specifically Lane 13. We’ve been operating out of FL-268 for a bit now. Dealing with IT stuff is what we do mostly, just fixing problems and setting things up for people who need it. The building has a lot of history with the old mill nearby, so it’s got a specific feel to it. It’s definitely not a shiny glass skyscraper. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't connecting right. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure the local tech needs are met. It gets a bit loud outside during the day, but inside we just focus on the work. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on fancy presentations. If a computer or a system breaks, we look at it and try to get it running again. That’s pretty much the whole story. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan to stay. Just a local IT shop doing its bit in West Bengal. Sometimes the local dogs start barking right when you're on a call, but you just have to laugh it off and keep talking. It’s all part of being in North 24 Parganas. We don't have a big HR team; we just sort things out ourselves.
