Kolam Digital Ventures Limited is based in Barasat on 1st Barrackpore Road. It’s a busy road so there is always a lot of noise from the buses and rickshaws passing by. Our office is a simple space where we handle digital work. We don't have any flashy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. Barasat is a good location for us because it’s a central point for many of the staff. We spend the day on our computers, doing the kind of work that needs to be done in the digital world. The office is a bit old-fashioned in its layout, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that, just a small group of people trying to run a business. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but that’s just life in West Bengal. We are just a regular company with regular people. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. If you are looking for us, we are right there on Barrackpore Road. It’s easy to spot if you are looking for the right number. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs every day. It is a quiet kind of place most afternoons. Everyone knows their place. No fuss. We have been here in Barasat for a while and we don't plan on moving.
