We work out of a space near Petua School Math in the Subhasgram area. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center of Kolkata, which suits us just fine because it is a lot quieter out here. The office is part of a building looked after by Soumen Mondal. Most people in the neighborhood know exactly where the school is, so that is how we tell people to find us when they are visiting. We do software work, which mostly involves a lot of hours sitting in front of our computers. The room we use is simple, with enough light coming in from the windows and a few fans to keep the air moving around. Since we are so close to the school, we often hear the kids playing during their breaks, which gives the place a bit of life. We are not a big corporation with fancy lobbies or receptionists. It is just us doing our coding and testing every single day. Sometimes we have to deal with slow internet connections or heavy rain that makes the local roads a bit muddy, but we manage. We have been operating from this location for a while now. It has a very local feel, and we like that we do not have to deal with the heavy traffic of central Kolkata. We just keep our heads down and focus on the software projects we have. It is a very straightforward way to work.
