Anitesh Bhattacharya

The house is called Batukeswar Susoma Kutir and it is number 115. It sits on Paschattya Para Road, which is out in Sonarpur. I have been here for many years. My name is Anitesh Bhattacharya and this is where I do my things. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is peaceful once you get here. People come to this house when they need something sorted out. I do not have a big sign hanging outside. The house itself is enough for people to find me. My family has been in this area for a long time, so everyone knows the address. I do not use any fancy software to track my work. I mostly just use a notebook and a blue pen. Sometimes I think about moving to a bigger place in the city, but then I look at the garden and I decide to stay right here. It is not a corporate setup at all. You sit on the porch, we have some cold water or tea, and we talk. That is how things should be, I think. Just two people talking until they understand each other. It gets a bit dusty on the road during the summer months, but the house stays cool. I do not have a big plan for the future. I just want to do my work honestly and get through the day. That is enough.
