Anands Multicuisine Restaurant

Anands Multicuisine Restaurant is at 121 Baroda Ave Extension in Garia. We are right beside the IOC Petrol Pump, which makes it easy to spot us when you are filling up your tank. Being a multicuisine place means we have a lot of different things going on in the kitchen at once. It can get pretty hot and hectic back there when orders start coming in. We serve a lot of people who are just passing through or live in the extension area. The smell of the food usually drifts out onto the street and lets people know we are open. We have a few tables inside for those who want to sit. It is not a huge place, but it is comfortable enough for a quick meal. We spend a lot of time on prep work, chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready for the day. The staff has been together for a while, so we kind of know how each other works without saying much. It is a lot of washing dishes and wiping down counters throughout the shift. We are not trying to win any fancy awards. We just want to serve food that tastes like it should. Some nights are slow and we just sit around talking, but weekends are usually a bit of a scramble. The petrol pump next door brings in a steady stream of people.
