Nezone Flour Mill Llp

We have been over here at Ketekbari for a while now. The mill sits right on NH-15 near Mission Chariali, so it is easy enough to find if you are coming through Tezpur. Things get pretty busy during the day with the machines running. We spend most of our time dealing with the grain and making sure everything is moving along. It is not fancy work, just everyday stuff. The dust from the flour usually gets on everything but that is how it goes. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer than we planned. Most of us grew up around here in Sonitpur so we know the area well. It is a loud place when the milling starts up. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the bags filled. If you see the big building by the road, that is us. We do not have any big signs or anything like that. It is just a local operation. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on. That is life in Assam for you. We just try to keep the supply going for the local markets. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now. The tea breaks are usually the best part of the shift. We have a few old machines that need a bit of extra care, but they still work fine for what we need.
