Currently, you can find us at M 15/523 in Laxmi Nagar, over in the Parvati area of Pune. It’s a busy neighborhood and our space is right in the thick of it. However, our roots and permanent address are actually much further away in Chandmari, Tezpur, which is in Assam. It’s a bit of an unusual situation, having these two locations connected like this. In the Pune office, things are quite cramped but we make it work. It’s a typical city setup where every square inch of space is used for something. We have files stacked up and computers humming all day long. We handle a lot of the coordination between the western and northeastern branches from here. It’s a lot of juggling different time zones and regional requirements. We don't have any polished reception area or fancy meeting rooms. Most of our meetings happen over a quick cup of chai at someone's desk. It’s an honest, hard-working atmosphere. We focus on getting the details right and making sure the communication stays clear between Pune and Assam. It’s a lot of work to bridge that distance, but we have a good rhythm going. We don't put on any airs; we just do what needs to be done to keep things moving.
