Vinove Kitchenwares

If you head over to the Hsidc area in the Kundli Industrial Estate, you will find us at number 176. Vinove Kitchenwares has been sitting in this spot for a good while now. The building is what you would expect from an industrial estate—sturdy, functional, and maybe needing a fresh coat of paint here and there. We spend our hours surrounded by kitchen items, mostly metal stuff that clangs together when the workers move the crates. It’s not a quiet place, but the noise means we are actually getting things done. We have a lot of different machines for pressing and shaping, and they require a lot of looking after so they don't break down at the wrong time. Lunchtime is usually the only quiet hour when everyone sits together in the shade. The dust from the road sometimes blows in, so we have to wipe down the finished products before they get wrapped up. It’s hard work, and your hands usually get a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We don't have any corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have schedules and lists of what needs to be loaded onto the trucks. Being in Kundli means we are part of a big network of factories, and we just try to do our part without making a big fuss about it. We’re just regular folks making things that people use in their homes.
