Svm Printers

We have been here at Svm Printers for quite a while now. Our shop is easy to find because it is right opposite Devraj Dewan House. Most days start with the sound of the shutters going up and then the smell of fresh ink fills the room. It’s not a very big place, but we have enough space for the machines and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We do all sorts of paper work, mostly printing things for local folks who stop by. Some days the printer runs smoothly and other days it needs a bit of a kick to get moving. We don't mind the noise though, it means we are working. If you walk past the house across the street, you’ll see our sign. The walls inside are a bit stained from the ink over the years, but that is just how a print shop looks. We spend a lot of time checking margins and making sure the paper doesn't jam. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up late in the evening. Sometimes customers bring us tea and we sit for a minute to talk about the weather or how the street is getting busier. We try to get things done as fast as we can, but we aren't robots. We just do the job the way it should be done and hope the electricity doesn't go out.
