Star Rocks Distilleries & Breweries Private Limited

We are over here in Sonepat, specifically at house 3122 in Sector 15. It is on the second floor, so there are some stairs to climb every single morning which gets old pretty fast when it is hot outside. Star Rocks Distilleries & Breweries is basically just us trying to get things sorted with the production and the licensing. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls most days. The area is Part III, so it is a bit quieter than some other spots but the traffic still picks up in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for the backup to kick in. We started this because we wanted to do something local in Haryana. It is not like those big fancy corporate offices you see in the movies. We have got some desks, a few computers, and a lot of samples sitting around the place. Every day is kind of the same but also different because something always breaks or someone shows up late. We just keep at it though. The address is 131001 if you are looking on a map. Usually, someone is here by nine, but things don't really get moving until ten. We handle the brewing side and the distilling side from this one spot. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in or going out. That is just how it is for a small business in Sonepat right now.
