Shree Radhey Foods

Our spot is in the Industrial Estate Barhi, specifically Phase 2, right near the Veteran Hospital. Being in an industrial area means Shree Radhey Foods is surrounded by a lot of other sheds and factories. It’s not the prettiest place to work, with all the trucks and the smell of exhaust, but it’s where the work happens. We focus on our food production in a space that is built for doing the job rather than looking good. The hospital nearby means there are always people around, even late at night. We have a small crew that comes in every shift to keep the machines running. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking the stuff we make and getting it packed into boxes. The floor is concrete and the lights are those long fluorescent tubes that flicker sometimes. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a batch. Barhi can be a bit isolated, but being in Phase 2 gives us the space we need for the equipment. We just try to keep things moving and get through our list for the day. Sometimes the machinery acts up, and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. It’s just part of the job in an industrial estate. We don't make a big fuss about what we do, we just get it done and head back to our families.
