You can find us at Plot No. 5 in Sector-56, Phase IV of the HSIIDC Kundli Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a maze out here with all the different sectors and phases, but we’ve been in this spot for a long time. We work in the food industry. Unlike the factories making car parts or chemicals nearby, our place has to stay very clean. We spend a lot of our time just scrubbing surfaces and making sure everything is hygienic. It’s a lot of stainless steel everywhere you look. We have a team of local workers who come in for the shifts. We process different food items, which means the smell in the building changes depending on the week. Some days it’s very strong, other days you hardly notice it. We have a routine that we follow strictly. There’s the receiving of the raw goods, then the processing, and finally the packing. The packing area is always the busiest part of the day. We have to weigh everything and make sure the seals are tight. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. We have a small break area where we sit and eat our tiffins. It’s a chance to relax before going back to the floor. The Kundli area is always growing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here. But inside our gates, we just keep doing the same steady work we’ve always done.
