If you go down Patthar Wali Gali in West Ram Nagar, you will find us at number 369. It is a narrow street and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with scooters, but that is just how it is around here. The shop is small and packed with all sorts of tools and computer parts. We do a lot of repair work on all kinds of machines. Some days it is just one cracked screen after another, and other days we are trying to figure out why a desktop won't turn on at all. We have been in West Ram Nagar long enough that we know most of the people walking past the front door. The workbench is usually a mess of screwdrivers and thermal paste, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just drop their stuff off and come back later. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to come in from a supplier, and we just keep the machines tucked away on the side shelves until then. It is a simple setup we have going.
