Pizza Galleria Private Limited

We’ve got our little pizza shop, Pizza Galleria, at number 349 in Kath Mandi, Gohana. It’s right in the middle of the market, so it’s always loud and full of people. We decided to open here because there’s always something going on. We aren't part of some huge international chain. It's just a few of us trying to make decent pizza for the folks in Gohana. The shop isn't very big, and the oven makes the whole place really hot, especially in the summer. We spend a lot of our time prepping vegetables and making the sauce from scratch. We tried using the pre-made stuff once, but it just didn't taste right. It’s a struggle sometimes to keep up with the rush during lunchtime. The market traffic makes it hard for suppliers to reach us, so I often have to go out and haul the flour sacks myself. We don't have fancy menus or a lot of decorations. Just a few tables and the smell of baking bread. We’ve had some trouble with the electricity lately, which is a pain when you have ovens running, but we make it work with a generator when we have to. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure people in Kath Mandi have a place to get a hot meal that isn't the same thing they eat every day. We're just locals making food for other locals.
