Our office is down at T-4A, Industrial Area, which is where most of the heavy work happens around here. Being Maa Sharda Iron Coal Enterprised (P) Ltd., we deal with things like coal and iron every single day. It is a gritty kind of job and the industrial area is always loud with trucks moving in and out. We spend most of our time coordinating these loads and making sure the weights are correct on the slips. The office is right there in the middle of it all, so it can get pretty noisy during the peak hours of the day. We have been operating from this plot for a good amount of time. You will see piles of material and a lot of dust because that is the nature of coal and iron. It is not the cleanest environment, but we are used to it by now. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take a break when things get too hectic. Dealing with logistics and suppliers takes up most of our energy. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the paperwork done and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains and the ground gets muddy, but the work has to continue. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and moving the inventory so everyone gets what they need on time.
