You can find us at Plot No.489 inside the Food Park at Hsiidc Rai in Sonepat. It is a big industrial area and there is always something going on with trucks moving in and out all day long. We deal with spices here, so the air around the warehouse usually smells like cumin or turmeric, depending on what we are packing that day. We have been at this location for a while now and it’s a good spot because of how the park is set up for food businesses. It is not a retail shop where you just walk in and buy a small packet; it is more of a proper facility where we handle the processing and the bulk stuff. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the raw seeds and dried peppers that come in. It gets quite dusty sometimes, but that is just part of working with dry goods. We have a few machines for grinding and some for packing the bags up. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we have a good little group of people who have been with us for years. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets really hot in Sonepat, but we keep the fans going. We don’t have a big office with carpets or anything like that. It is mostly just the concrete floors and the stacks of sacks piled up. It's a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the spices ready for the market.
