Ishwar International School

Ishwar International School is located right on Sonepat Road in Gohana. The school is easy to spot as you drive along the main road toward Sonepat. It’s a big building with a lot of windows that let in the natural light during the day. We have a wide gate at the front and a gravel driveway where the school buses park. Managing the transport for the kids who come from different parts of the district is a major part of our morning. The classrooms are simple with plain white walls and rows of desks that have seen many years of use. Our staff room is located near the main office and it’s usually where we keep all the extra textbooks and chalk. We have a small playground area but it’s mostly just dirt and some grass. During the summer months, the heat can be quite something, so we rely heavily on the fans in every room. The office is often cluttered with stacks of paper and student files that need to be updated. We don't have any high-tech gadgets everywhere, just the standard equipment you’d expect in a local school. Every morning starts with the assembly in the front yard where everyone lines up. The school day follows a set rhythm of periods and short breaks. It is a practical place where we all work together to keep things moving as smoothly as possible despite the occasional power cut or bus delay.
