Gaumukh Pharmaceuticals

Our daily work happens over at Gaumukh Bhawan, where Gaumukh Pharmaceuticals is based. It’s a solid building that’s been around for a while, and it has that old-school feel to it. We don’t have a big sign with lights or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just a bunch of rooms filled with files and supplies. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working at our desks, which are a bit mismatched but they do the job just fine. The hallway has a slight echo when you walk down it, especially in the evenings when things start to quiet down. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share a snack during our break. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other’s business pretty well. The windows look out over the street, but we’re usually too busy with the paperwork to spend much time looking out. We deal with all the pharmaceutical details and make sure the boxes are packed and ready to go out. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s important to us. We’ve got a routine down where everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of staples, but we just fix it and keep going. Being at Gaumukh Bhawan feels like home after all these years. We just show up, do our work, and try to keep everything organized for the next day.
