If you head over to Kasanda village in the Gohana area of Sonepat, you’ll find us. Baba Sarbangi Agro Producer Companylimited is run out of Sombir’s place, he’s Satveer’s son. We started this because the farmers in our village needed a better way to manage their produce. It’s a local effort, through and through. Sonepat has always been good for agriculture, but sometimes the middleman takes too much, so we decided to group up. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website. It's just a bunch of neighbors sitting around, discussing the latest harvest and how to get things to the mandi. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, or the prices drop, and that’s when being part of a group helps. We handle the paperwork and the logistics from the village itself. Most of the people involved have been farming their whole lives. We know the land and we know the crops. The address is 136131, right in Kasanda. It’s a quiet place, but we keep busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just trying to make things a little easier for the families living here. People come by, we drink some tea, and we talk about the work.
