Anil Juice Corner

Anil Juice Corner is tucked away in Sector 14, Sonipat, right near Gandhi Chowk in the Housing Board Colony. We’ve been at this spot for a good number of years now. The shop isn't much to look at, just a small space with our juicers and piles of seasonal fruit. Every morning starts with a trip to the local mandi to see what looks good. If the oranges are sour, we don’t buy them that day. It’s just how it goes. The counter gets pretty crowded in the summer months when everyone is looking to cool down. We have a few benches outside, but mostly people just stand around and talk while they wait. My brother and I run the place, and sometimes our cousin helps when he’s not at school. We don't have a big menu or anything fancy. We just peel, press, and pour. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but the neighbors are patient. It’s a busy little corner of the colony. We spend a lot of time cleaning up pulp and washing glasses. It's honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late evening. If you are walking around the Housing Board area, you’ve probably seen our sign. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the juice out quickly. We aren't trying to be a big chain. We just want to serve the local folks.
