We are Santilata Farmer Producer Companylimited, and our office is located in the village of Hingma. This is in the Raksha post office area, under the Birmaharajpur police station. Ganesh Rout is the person who keeps everything moving at our place. We are a group of farmers who live right here in this part of the country. We don't have any grand corporate offices or fancy furniture. Our meetings usually happen in a simple room or even outside if the weather is nice. We focus on the daily needs of the farmers who are part of our group. Being in a place like Hingma means we are closely tied to the land and the weather. We started this company to help each other because it is easier to solve problems when you aren't alone. Ganesh is a practical man who knows the ins and outs of local farming. We don't spend money on marketing or advertising. Most people know us because they live just down the road. We are just regular folks who want to make a living from our work. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a headache, but we help each other out with it. We don't have any big goals other than staying afloat and helping our members. It is a simple, honest way of living. We just take one day at a time and try to keep things going.
