Oxyfarm Agro Private Limited

We are located in Chadaipank, which is a part of Sonepur. Our office is at Gajapati Pandey’s place. We started Oxyfarm Agro because we wanted to do something real with the land here. Sonepur is a place where farming is the main thing people do. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the local area and the soil. We spend our days dealing with crops and talking to people about what they need. It’s a very practical business. We don't have a big polished office with air conditioning; it's more like a regular house where we keep our papers and meet up. The work is mostly outdoors, which is where we prefer to be anyway. Sometimes the sun is really strong, but we’re used to it. We handle things in a very straightforward way. If something needs doing, we just go out and do it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our only real goal is to keep the farming going and make sure things are done right. People in Chadaipank are our neighbors, so we have to be honest and reliable. It’s a small operation, but we put a lot of effort into it. Life moves a bit slower here, and we like it that way. We just keep working the land and seeing what each season brings us. It's not about getting rich, it's just about the lifestyle we have here.
