We have been running Shivdattakrupa Dairy out here in Hiradgaon for a while now. Most days start way before the sun is even up because that is just how dairy work goes. Sometimes the machinery acts up or a delivery is late, but we just get on with it. It is a lot of washing floors and checking containers. We do not spend much time in an office; most of the work happens right there on the floor. Hiradgaon is a quiet spot, and we like being part of the landscape here. It is honest work, even if it is tiring most days. We have got a small crew who have been with us for years. They know the routine by heart. It is not about being the biggest, just about making sure the milk is handled right every single day. If you drive past, you will see us busy at most hours. That is just life at Shivdattakrupa Dairy. We do not have a marketing team. We just focus on the cows and the milk. It keeps us busy enough.
