S Prakash Decorator And Event Management is situated on VIP Road in Solapur. We are directly opposite Hotel Druv, near the Old Employment Chowk. It’s a fairly central location which helps with getting our equipment moved around. The 413001 area is where we spend most of our time. We’ve got a shop where we keep our poles, cloths, and all the other things we use for decorating. It’s not the neatest place because there is always stuff coming in and out. We aren't really the type to have a polished showroom. We just show people photos of what we’ve done before. It’s a lot of physical labor, setting things up and taking them down. We’ve been doing this in Solapur for a while now. Most of the folks who hire us are from the neighborhood or found out about us through friends. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the decorations look right and that we don't forget anything. Some days are very long, especially when there are multiple events, but we just keep going. It’s a practical business run by people who know the local area well. We usually have a few extra workers help us on the weekends. It is hard work but seeing a venue finished is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and do the job that’s in front of us.
