Rubhi Masala Udyog Private Limited is out in the Solapur district, specifically in a place called Nimgaon. It is part of the Malshiras taluka. Being in a more rural area means things are a bit different than the big cities. We are surrounded by fields and the pace of life is definitely slower. We spend our days working with different masalas. The building we work in is plain and functional. There aren’t any decorations on the walls, just shelves and the machinery we need for our work. The dust from the grinding process gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up at the end of the day. It’s a lot of manual labor, and it can get very hot during the summer months. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is mostly just local people from Nimgaon working together. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, and we have to stop everything and just wait. It gives us a chance to sit outside and talk for a bit. We don't have a website with fancy photos. We just deal with people directly. Our address is easy to find if you are in the area. We focus on getting the grinding done right and making sure the bags are sealed tight so nothing spills. It’s honest, physical work that keeps us busy from morning until sunset. We just do our best with what we have here.
