Roopali Provision Stores

Roopali Provision Stores sits right on the main road in Sangvi, specifically at C G Road near Survey No 71. We have been selling groceries and daily essentials to the families around here for quite a while. The shelves are packed with everything from rice and dal to soap and matches. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and realizes they forgot to buy milk or sugar. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, boxes might be sitting in the aisles for a bit. It’s a typical neighborhood shop where we know most of our customers by their names. We don't have those fancy barcode scanners you see in the big malls. We just write things down or remember the prices. The fans hum overhead all day to keep the place cool, though it still gets warm when the sun hits the front of the store. Sometimes the kids come in for a single chocolate or a packet of chips after school. We see the same faces every week, and that’s what makes the work feel okay. It’s a lot of lifting heavy bags and restocking shelves when the delivery trucks arrive. We stay open late because people always need something at the last minute. That’s just the way it is in Sangvi. We don't have a big team, just enough hands to handle the morning rush and the evening crowd.
