Patni Computer

Out here in Solapur, things move at their own pace. We set up Patni Computer at C 56 Dhange Residency. It's right in the Shelgi area. It is more of a residential spot than a commercial hub, which we actually like. It makes it feel more like a community thing. We are on the ground floor mostly. Dealing with computers in Maharashtra means dealing with a lot of dust, so we spend a lot of time cleaning out cooling fans and heat sinks. We handle whatever comes through the door. It might be a slow desktop or someone needing a new mouse for their kid's schoolwork. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just have our tools and some spare parts we keep in the drawers. The neighbors at Dhange Residency know us by name. It’s funny how many people forget their passwords or need help setting up a printer. We don't mind. We've been in this building for some time now. Solapur is home, and this shop is just our way of staying busy. Sometimes the internet acts up in the area, so we help people figure that out too. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the computers in Shelgi keep running properly. If you are around and need something looked at, just knock. We are usually here till late evening. It is a simple setup for simple work.
