We are set up at 44 Amol Nagar in the Julesolapur area of Solapur. It’s a quiet enough spot, mostly residential around us, which makes it a nice place to work. We’ve been dealing with computers for a good number of years. Back when we started, things were a lot different, but we’ve kept up with it. We handle a bit of everything, from fixing hardware to helping people understand software. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have desks, some screens, and a lot of cables running around. People from the neighborhood usually just drop by when their laptop acts up or they need a part replaced. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense, without using too much jargon. It’s just a small team of us here. We aren't a big chain or anything, so we get to know the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we're busy and the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it's just us working through a backlog of repairs. Solapur is home for us, and being in Amol Nagar feels right. We don’t spend money on big ads. Usually, one person tells another and that’s how we stay busy. It’s a decent way to make a living, helping folks get their tech back in order so they can get on with their day.
